When I moved to my current role the IT systems and support were so poor, it took 3 months to get a working email. My very first task was to find a robust, reliable IT company to take care of our systems and bring us up to date. Agile TS were recommended and they held our hand every step of the way. They tailored a package and SLA to suit our needs and we have not looked back. The helpdesk can remote log on to our desk tops and fix problems quickly and everyone we have dealt with from the MD down to the new recruits are amazing.Thank you to Rachel, Nick and the team for taking care of our IT so we can concentrate on our core business.
