Love this shop!I’m located on the south coast. If you don’t get good window furniture etc everything gets rusty & tarnished. Even stainless steel. Not with Inbrass products. Their products are fantastic, the only place I go to for ironmongery. Brilliant quality too.Have used them for years, and will continue to do so.Have recommended too.Thank you.

Great for not just for key cutting and locks but also general hardware. They are happy to sell single screws, bolts and nails and have every style of door handle, vent covers, sash cords, name plates, pulleys and aerial clothes dryers. Their knowledge is excellent so great for advice too!

A great Edinburgh business with excellent customer service and very good prices. I've used them a couple of times and have had the keys I needed cut done promptly while I waited and have been impressed with both the quality and price of their work, they're much cheaper than a nearby chain locksmiths in a local supermarket. The shop is a real treasure-trove of ironmongery too, with all kinds of doorknobs, handles, numbers and other items, with an impressive array of period items suitable for the local flats and houses. I hugely recommend them.

Most condescending, disinterested, ignorant staff member. I hope he owns it, otherwise I feel sorry for the poor owner losing sales and reputation. Couldn’t possibly recommend stepping into this place.I certainly won’t be back.

As usual the service was excellent. The guy at the counter was thoroughly competent, identified immediately what was wrong with the lock, fitted a new part for a very small price and saved me having to buy a new lock which would have been extremely expensive. Thank you. Henry

We were looking for 2 plaques made in memorial of my husband and my parent/s to attach onto our garden bench.The man was SO helpful, and was able to give us a quote there and then for both plaques (which were both very reasonably priced for the plaque and engraving). We handed them in on Friday and they were ready to pick up on Tuesaday.There was a misspelling in my husband's plaque and they went over the original note we handed in, realised it was their error, and remade it at no extra cost to us.I almost cried when I saw my father's. It's the perfect memorial for me to feel closer to him when he passed away so young, so long ago.I cannot recommend these craftsmen highly enough.
