Great Karak chai and sweet treats. The milk cakes were phenomenal and the brownies were extremely gooey. Loved the creamy chicken pasty and the Vada Pao! A must visit!

An amazing bakery/convenience store that is located on green street with plenty of on street parking in surrounding area.I highly recommend everyone to try their Vada Pav and Dabeli, they are the best I’ve had in London so far that represents the authentic taste that you find in India/Pakistan.They also have a good selection of asian snacks and drinks. The owner was really friendly and attentive.

Beautiful bakery run by the loveliest people!They offer a variety of mouthwatering sweet & savoury food. The shezwan vada pao is a must try & their karak chai is simply divine!!!Will definitely be visiting again :)

The red velvet cookies are amazing and for a very good price never tasted cookies which are as good as those.Definitely recommend buying items from Ayybakes

If you want PROPER chai and delicious traditional bakes go here and you won't be disappointed. The owners are lovely! My fave is the potato bake and chicken samosa's. I wish I could buy a whole jug of chai from here but large will have to do :)

One of my mates brought me some brownies and samosa when it first visited to my office in ilford and what can I say when I got them they were so tender and fresh some of the best brownies I had and definitely the best samosa. It’s a shame they’re not closer to the office will deffo be visiting soon can’t keep those samosas out of my head

This is a great new bakery that has opened in Green Street. The range of pastries, street food and desserts are immense and full of flavour. The Karak tea was flavoursome and very similar to bigger franchises. I highly recommend!

Great family friendly local bakery which has just opened recently, amazing selection of snacks, fresh pastries and unique Karak Chai, The milkcakes from here are an absolute must!
