Incredibly helpful staff. When I went here to buy raw food for our new puppy, the member of staff was able to provide clear information on appropriate food and offered a plan to transition to dry food. Definitely recommend to others, really nice store.

My parcel has gone missing and I have had no reply after emailing them on their admin address. Their telephone number is not legit and goes to an automated reply from a telephone management company.

I had the misfortune to order from this company WEBPETS ,I receiver my order minus one pack ,what should have been 4 was only 3,I immediately tried to phone WEBPETS and their phone is constantly engaged(I supposed with other complaints).So I sent them an email of my complaint,the email won’t deliver ,So I have given up after many attempts to phone these people and several emails ,So take some advice find another dealer someone that is reliable,

Dreadful company my parcel was left in a communal area even though there are instructions not to and it went missing I thought it would be okay as Webpets seem like a reasonable company...boy was I wrong the are rude, ignorant, unsympathetic, the person I spoke to started swearing at me and telling me to get off the phone as there we're more important customers waiting I couldn't believe what I was hearing they just kept hanging up on me even though I was polite, take my advice and STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
