Aberdeen Calor Cylinder Distribution Centre - Closed to the public

I have always had excellent service from this depot, from both the delivery chap who actually loads the tank for me and the folk that answer the phone to take my order, today was Lesley who took my call and payment. I know by reading other reviews that there seems to be a bit of impatience because the phone is not answered when you think it should be, maybe the person is on another line, maybe the person is dealing with a customer, maybe the person has had to go for a comfort break, regardless of all that its arrogant to assume that you should have your call answered so quickly. Be KIND and be greatful that these people are working through very difficult times.

Called Friday afternoon closed !How do I ge5 gas for my BBQ for tomorrow ?

Not open , staff within the building were rude when asked why it states on the web that it's open till 4pm......... NOT OPEN........closed due to covid-19

I had to get through all Aberdeen to get to the shop in Dyce for nothing. On internet they said the shop should be open to 4pm on Thursday. I was there 12.40. I have been told they cannot serve me as they are closing at 1pm. What is wrong with you people ? You don't respect customers.

Havnt been able to get propane gas bottle from here in months, that’s not very good customer service.

Pavel and his colleagues are always friendly and helpful. Can't fault their service, the driver is always willing to go that little bit further as well. A great team and much appreciated.

Visited on 26/07 at 1200. Aggressively rude staff member. Totally unhelpful. Will definetly not be back to this depo.

Staff were helpful once you got to them. I called in the morning to see if open i was told yes all day.i arrived to find a hand written sign saying closed for lunch. No mention of this on the phone call or facebook page. I was not the only customer as two others arrived and drove away.
