This guy came highly recommended from 2 friends. We didn't use him in the end, as what we were looking for he doesn't do, but be could have taken advantage of us doing work that would have been included in a standard package of what we did need, but he did not. Instead he gave lots of useful advice and help

We had a bird stuck in our chimney and Tom responded to our enquiry immediately and was able to visit us straight away. He was very friendly and helpful and managed to safely release the bird. Bird and room unharmed. Definitely recommend this business.
