Scheduling was easy and both of the technicians who came out were friendly and helpful. They kindly let me know when they were on the way and respected safety concerns. They explained options for repair and replacement, while not pushing for the most expensive option, and were able to handle the repair immediately.

Always friendly and got out to do the work very quickly. Have worked with them a few times and David is always super helpful, thorough with his work, and a genuine person. David and Ben were awesome. The ejector pump in our new home had reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. They arrived on time and did quick, clean work. They even went above and beyond and tested the new ejector pump to ensure it was work and went it was not working properly immediately got a replacement and ensure it functioned properly. They also tested our sump pump to ensure that is working before leaving. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend using Rapid Plumber & Heating Services Sydenham.
