Thorntonhall Cryo and Thin Air Therapy

Ran my first marathon and came here after. Professional and flexible to sort the time I needed. Very welcoming and explained how the process works when I arrived.I can not believe the instant effect it had on my legs. I was able to walk about almost pain free. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The recovery of my legs are amazing and I would definitely use this again.

I am a big fan of cryotherapy as it helps me recover from exercise. I have been suffering with arthritis in my right hand for a couple of years now and have been on Methotrexate for around 12 months and wasn't getting any relief from the pain on the medication. Really helped with my finger/hand recovery injury caused by over-golfing (can that really be a thing?). Would thoroughly recommend if you are experiencing swelling/pain in a joint. A+

I have been going to Trisha for over 3 years for facial treatments but now she has taken it to a new & exciting level with the introduction of her Cryo machine which is amazing !I had a very sore and stiff lower back and after 3 treatments I was back to feeling normal and could walk the dogs again as walking had been very painful also got her to do my left knee which is just wear & tear ie old age but pain has gone I think this will be an ongoing treatment every few weeks but if it means you are pain free it is so worth it Thank you trisha x

Highly recommended for pain relief. I had a meniscus tear due to over exercising. I felt so much better after just one treatment.I will continue with further treatments until tear is repaired.

I have been a client of Tricia for years with Thorntonhall therapies for skincare . Exceptional good ,she has talked to me about cryotherapy for a while and never ever would have believed the the benefits of it at all, until recently broke my wrist !!I am a hairdresser and recently also opened up my own business.
