Victoria Quays Car Park - Bank Park

Good secure car park, parked early Saturday morning with no problem. Several ways of paying, would definitely park here again if travelling to Sheffield city centre

Don't park here - Hozah takes extra payments after you've paid at the place. Park on the road or anywhere other than where Hozah operate.

Absolutely NOT open 24 hours - closes at 07:30.Worse still there is nothing to indicate this untill you've parked - and they will still charge...

I pre-booked a day's parking here using the Bank Park website but upon arrival was told that the booking wasn't on their system. I called the 'helpline' which couldn't help and was then sent an email to say that there was no booking and I'd have to pay (again) before leaving. When I returned to the car park I used the entrance from the Elevated Walkway. This is inhabited by the cast of Trainspotting and the stairwell is covered in needles. Overall a horrible experience.

Fair number of spaces, with easy access to Victoria Quays and good value per hour. However on busy weekend, exit to car park was slow - as majority of users went to single lane to pay by card. We had signed up to Howzah for parking but still had to wait 15-20mins in queue before we could access alternate lane to exit.It would help if there was clearer signage as you exited car park to consider using Howzah, for people to sign-up in queue and leave via faster method, clearing the queue.

All day parking is relatively cheap, especially considering the security of the site, with one time pass cards issued to drivers on entry and validation/payment required for exit.Pedestrians can exit on to Victoria Quay itself, which is a delightful scene of moored narrowboats and barges below a tastefully restored Victorian industrial area. It’s a bit of a climb into the city via the Wicker area, but thankfully it’s all downhill on your return back to the car.The only real downside we’ve found to this site is the somewhat obvious stench of stale urine in the pedestrian exit, where someone has clearly used the archway as a makeshift loo. If this disgusting smell could be cleaned away, it’d be much better!

Arrived in Sheffield for a walk on the canal and this carpark was very conveniently located with plenty of spaces. After my walk I drove to the exit to pay, but the barriers were raised making me wonder if the parking was free. I typed in my registration number and paid the £5, but did wonder if the barriers are left up to cause confusion and encourage people to leave without paying, so that fines can be levied to generate extra cash.

Secure car park, good prices. Hozah is great as you dont heed to think about paying. Wish there was a walk in/out entrance to the Hilton though. I don't like the entrance via the canal as the archway is suite dark so I use the back entrance (Lloyd's carpark)

I signed up with Hozah after parking up for a birthday celebration. A few weeks later I parked in a car park unaware it was run by Hozah, I purchased a windscreen ticket for my duration and after leaving the car park I received an email from them saying I had been charged £5.12 for my stay. I contacted them via email to let them know I had already paid and after sending a screenshot of my screen ticket they fully reimbursed me.

Used this car park a few times in the past when attending gigs in the area. Went to use tonight parked up as usual and when exiting on foot sign on door stating open hours 7am-7:30pm because of energy costs. What annoyed me is nothing stating this outside before entering and it still charged me a 1hr fee for 10mins.
