Duchess Rd Pay and Display Car Park Above Entrance

I watch many time someone broke cars windsreen.and noting changed at all.

It's a car park. Could do with a visit from litter pickers but otherwise good

Secure and safe.

Crime ridden area, lots of addicts and drunks who beg on nearby islands and traffic lights then go somewhere quiet to use; such as the underneath section of this car park. Near-ish to the city centre if you wanna walk 20-30 min for cheaper £. Closest car park to the Broadway Plaza outside of their own car park. Impossible to get a spot weekdays due to people working locally. Weekends would be different, peaking on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. This reduced somewhat since COVID era due to more people working from home. Surrounding residential roads. Nearby building works commencing soon as majority of one side of the roads buildings have been knocked down or gutted. One way on either side of car park. Main floor had entrance and exit on one way road, underneath section has entrance and exit on the other one way road. Ancient looking cameras face main entrance as well as a pedestrian set of steps. Are they working? Let’s hope. Can pay at machine, over the phone or using the app. Cash stopped during covid but this may change with time. Constantly swimming in trash on the floor. Local off-licence top of huntly road, park top of Huntly road, Broadway plaza 300 feet away that has recreational places such as rock climbing, cinema, amusements, bowling and bars. There’s a hotel, a gym, a subway, a dixy, an oriental food place, a Dominos and a philpotts. Their cat park underneath and residential apartments above. If taking kids out your car, keep them close in car park as no one has good sense of driving around there. As it’s one way upon leaving, some people have to do an almost complete square to leave the direction they want to go but they actually intentionally turn the wrong direction form the one way so they can quickly get back onto Francis road. I’ve nearly been hit multiple times. Traffic warden is a common feature in that car park and it’s surrounding roads so DO NOT risk it. Rates are not too bad for city centre tbh

Not safe and very expensive. Returned one day recently to find a number of cars had their windows smashed. There are CCTV cameras but no idea if they work or not. They haven't moved in the two months I've been parking there so doubtful.

For 51 Weeks of the Year Birmingham residents/workers can use this car park but when the Priory Tennis club is active the upper level is out of bounds for a week in June so that the Strawberry gang from out of town can use it, The Birmingham Council tax payers and daily users become irrelevant and are left struggling to park their cars to go to work for that week.Perhaps they should use the car park at the council house instead they are all working from home after all.

Good value parking

Cheap parking. Not well kept and not secure but does the job.

Good cheap place to park without going into the congestion zone

Decent car park, though some of the spaces get flooded after rain, reducing number of spaces you get to park in.
