Birmingham Moor Street
A nice station in the middle of the city centre.Has some small shops. An indoor seating area.Less busy than New Street station. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there isn’t easy access car parking at this station.

Beautiful, old fashioned train station that manages to be functional too. I was really impressed with how well it's been restored and taken care of. Regular train services too.

Has so much character by keeping its classic architecture and signs. More stations should ve modelled like this. Even the facilities are easier to access. Never has waiting for a train been so exciting.

Just six minutes walk from New Street Station; Moor Street Station serves local lines to Stratford upon Avon and Kidderminster but also has direct services to London Marylebone via the Chilterns route. The Grade II listed station has now been restored to its former glory after undergoing a major restoration in the early 2000’s.It is stunning and such a gem in a modern city centre and is like stepping back in time

I've been travelling to and from Birmingham Moor Street Station for most of my life, majority of the time travelling to/from work at Birmingham New Street. It's an OK station, when services are running normally, can be a nightmare when they're not! It has a lovely cafeteria place which offers a wide range of drinks and sandwiches/cakes etc. Infact, there's 2 places on Moor Street Station to eat, the other place offers hot food such as bacon sarnies, etc.

False imprisonment - always overcrowded and staff treat you like animals

Catching the train is so much nicer here than at New St or Snow Hill. Train to the big smoke took 1 hour 57 which is a bit longer than normal, but Moor St and Marylebone are much more relaxing experiences. Less dog eat dog hassle, good coffee, pastries and humans that smile. Surroundings with character. Only hassle is some taxis can't drop off outside the station. Good old Brum planners making a good job of things..not!

I love this station I did have a negative experience with booking help with accessibility the staff was rude and didn't help me. However when I did complain it was dealt with quickly and I was helped when I got to my destination . Everyone was apologetic and gwloful

A station in the heart of Birmingham which has a bit of character! This station is just superb, yes you can argue the platforms are a bit small but the feel is just superb. Some amazing signs all in the old design and even old fashioned toilets with signs telling you to adjust your dress! This train station retains its character from its earlier years. The staff were very helpful. When i was there I saw a steam train, the rather delightful Clun Castle which was on platform 4. A charter service i believe which you can book separately. Was quite cool to see indeed!Would totally recommend using this station if going to Birmingham, you won’t regret it! 10/10
