These people are joke been in all day and just a card pushed through saying couldn't get in when I rang them up she said repair man had taken a picture of my front door not good enough I never moved all day I told her it's Friday afternoon and he wanted an early finish cos he never once knocked at my door

Waited in all morning for an emergency appointment my housing manager raised. The housing manager even sent an email letting g them know I was vulnerable and had to leave for work at 12pm. When I called at 11:30 I was told they have until 4pm to attend and that they haven't received an email (which was a lie)Thank god the contractors that work for them agree to working over. Harvey is a star he attended my home when I finished work and completed the work. He went above and beyond. The 3 stars are for him not the company I would give 5 stars but I do not want to up the company's review score.

This company is an absolute disgrace stayed in on 21st never came phoned up the rescheduled to 31st still never came out been waiting for toilet doing since July and we are now at the end of October do not use

This company is absolutely ridiculous. They treat an urgent repair as any time in the next three days and don't give you either an actual date, let alone a morning or afternoon. You have to basically wait in for the three days solid in the hope that someone actually does attend your property. Another repair that I reported, an emergency one which has a completion timescale of no more than 24 hours is still ongoing and we are now into the 4th day. They are apparently waiting on a part for the boiler and can't give a time when it will arrive. They are breaking all the rules going and need to be made accountable for their incompetency.

Ridiculous at keeping and turning up to appointments just don’t turn up then waiting another 3 weeks for next appointment they don’t turn up again lie on phone saying appointments weren’t even booked never known customer service so bad

1 star because you can't go lower, Didn't turn up to 3 appointments with no notification, waited 3 months for a wetroom fitting for my terminally ill father, they started the week after he died & then the quality of work was so bad I complained & they had to rip half of it out & refit, it's been 10 days since last worker was here & there's still holes in kitchen ceiling from when water burst through when they removed the toilet & bath also still plastic on stairs & landing & boxes to be collected.currently 11-06-23I spent 2 months trying to find out what start date was with no reply & tried to cancel the job numerous times over numerous days my first call to cancel was within 15 hours of dad's passing with no answer or replyI have photos & videos to prove my claimsThe work force are very polite & helpful & respectful but also some are under qualified for some of the work they are issuedJust to clarify it was the Adaptations Department

Does anyone actually answer the phone. Been trying to get through for a week. Only the council can think one hour wait times are ok.

Don't turn up. Don't care that they didn't turn up. Don't answer the phone for you to adk why they didn't turn up. Leeda City Council know this and still partner with them. Mind boggling.

Not sure how these people keep employees in the place. The clever old man who answers the phone tells me there's three people who answer the phone to 30,000 tenants. He's rude and bombastic and has an answer for everything. He needs to retire

absolutely shocked, kept me 4 hours waiting at home and never turned up ! this is second time and totally wasted time.
