Black Peppermint catered our tiny wedding and I think every single guest commented how amazing the food was!We chose American pit BBQ with ribs and brisket and I think the mac & Cheese was the best I've ever tasted.It was the perfect meal to our relaxed wedding day. Jess was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire planning process and on the day. She answered any questions quickly and was super helpful on the day.

Black peppermint did the catering for our wedding, and they were very good. Sitting down with Adam 18 months before to design our menu, and then going in for our tasting day were excellent experiences and left us so happy with our choice. On the day, the staff were lovely and so helpful, the canapés and evening food were both perfect! For the mains we went for a sharing style with three mains and three sides on the table.The only disappointment for us was that on the day, they made a mistake and served the wrong dish. We were supposed to have a slow cooked lamb shoulder curry, and instead got a dry pulled lamb which was a let down.The range of vegetarian alternatives were lovely, and actually nicer than the lamb dish we ended up with - they really go the extra mile for people with dietary requirements.It was a shame to have such a big mistake on the day, but overall Black Peppermint were very good and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else doing our catering.

Black Peppermint did the catering for our wedding and were superb.The whole process was smooth. We thoroughly enjoyed talking through the different options that we could have at our wedding; followed by the actual tasting a few weeks later.On the day, the whole team were excellent and were so attentive. The food was delicious and everyone commented on how great the catering was.10/10.

We wanted to serve hearty, filling and tasty food at our wedding and this is certainly what we got with black peppermint. We had tasty canapés, sharing mains and a trio of deserts and it was delicious! The service running up to the wedding as great, we discussed options, did a tasting and had phone calls and emails to make sure everything was as we wanted. On the day we had a few ‘secret veggies’ that we weren’t told about before and BPM were able to make sure everyone was well fed with what they wanted and kept us in the loop. The service was friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again to all the teams.

Black Peppermint catered our wedding back in April and were absolutely amazing! From first enquiry, through to tasting, through to the day itself I cannot fault the service we received. Having severe allergies to certain foods, the catering of our wedding made me nervous but Black Peppermint took all this onboard and devised a bespoke menu that was safe for me and that all our guests would also enjoy, completely putting me at ease and knowing I didn’t have to be anxious on the day itself. We’ve had so many compliments about how great the food was all day and people were raving about the evening bowls of dirty fries! Cannot recommend Black Peppermint enough.

Black Peppermint were the food company we selected for our wedding on 03.06.23 and wow, they did not disappoint!!! The day before the wedding they set up perfectly and checked I was happy with everything, then the day of the wedding they were incredible. The staff were all so friendly and attentive and the food was beautiful. We had so many people tell us how good the food was and that the waiters were so lovely. I honestly couldn’t wish for a better food company for our special day. Thank you so much!!

Black peppermint catered for our wedding and were absolutely incredible. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze; the whole team was so helpful and accommodating to any last minute changes or specific dietary requests. We were so impressed by how tasty all the food was; and how generous the portions were, we were very well fed! We had delicious canapés, a sharing main and late night pizza. They brought our vision to light in the most delicious way and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer!

It's been just over two months since our wedding, and we're still getting people saying how incredible the food was! We had the sharing platters, and every single thing was exceptional! The process leading up to the wedding was great, going in and choosing our menu, and then having it all made for us to try and make any changes to suit us. Every member of staff we encountered, from at the offices, to the chefs and servers on the day were all super friendly and polite and really made us feel at ease, and that nothing was too much trouble!Now we just need to find another reason for a party to have Black Peppermint cater for!

Do not use Black Peppermint. I would give less than 1 star if I could. We had a bad experience from beginning to end. We were forced to use them as our caterer by the wedding venue we booked. Our problems started when we went to confirm our menu. We had been given their price guide and decided to book our wedding venue based on the costs of food and drink. When we went to pay our deposit, we were given new prices, which made our total a lot more expensive and caused a lot of stress. On top of this, we were then told of the surprise costs of having to pay for an event manager, the chef, deputy chef and all the staff who would serve throughout our day. This cost was way over £1500. Disgusting! These costs should be included in the cost of food or declared before we booked. We had issues along the way, but the icing on the cake was they lost our personal property. I have been in email communications with them, but they do not care. Our personal property has been lost or stolen, and the company could not care less. We spent thousands on food with Black Peppermint, and they lose and steal your personal property. Stay clear and pick a company who actually deserves your business. Every other single company who supplied for our wedding was amazing. Black Peppermint do not deserve your business. Look elsewhere!
