Matt responded so quickly to my enquiry and questions and explained everything on a Friday afternoon. by the following Monday afternoon, my charger was neatly installed. I had some questions related to scheduling start times for charging and again Matt responded within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble - the best charger and the best service! I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Eco Energy Install!

After a long search, Eco Energy Install were the only company to offer to replace a damaged solar PV panel. The originals were no longer available but Eco Energy Install found and installed an equivalent with such a close match it is difficult to see the difference. The friendly team fitted it with no fuss in an hour or two.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from my first contact to completion of the work. Chris and Cam have changed my view that all home improvements companies just want to take your cash and run, The quote system of 3 different levels along with and explanation, when the survey was done they were on time and explained everything in as much detail as required, on the day they completed the work without any fuss and left house clean and as found. Horror stories of not getting paperwork for weeks after fitment were dispelled the following day when all the paperwork arrived as promised.If you are considering Solar panels and storage the give them a call you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely blown away with the work Matthew and his Co worker carried out. I had a ev charger install and my solar system cleaned and health checked. They were punctual, polite and professional. The work they carried out was without fault. Will recommend to family, friends and anyone who reads this.

We had a retrofit battery installed by a different company 6/12 ago. We had strong suspicions that it wasn't working correctly. The original company did remote diagnostic tests and assured us it was. We then received our electricity bill, which showed zero savings. Cam and Chris came out and checked out our system and told us it wasn't working. They then wrote us a report, stating their findings. This was forwarded on to the original company, who yesterday came on a site visit and confirmed it wasn't working. I have been assured it is now all working correctly, and appears to be on the app. Cam is however going to come and check for himself. I would thoroughly recommend Eco Energy Install. Polite, friendly and professional, an excellent experience from them. Shame we didn't go with them in the first place.

The team at Eco Energy Install were great. I had a problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. They removed the pigeons and proofed the panels to prevent them getting back in and despite the pigeons trying their best to get back in they have been unable to and they have now moved on.I also had the panels cleaned and serviced too at the same time and I can already see improvements in my generation figures. The whole process was easy to arrange and the team were courteous and polite, talking me through what they had done and showing me photos too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

You can't fault these lot. Quoted me for a system, and two weeks later they came, and installed it within one day. Even on my strange metal roof (they found the correct fittings for my specific roof type), and three storeys up, with no access to the back of the house at all.What's more, they moved my sprinkler system's control box because it was in a ridiculous place blocking where I wanted the battery, and even saved my daughter's pushchair from the rain.System working superbly, generating me 5x more power than I need, so ready to make some money selling the surplus back to the grid!

Very impressive process and professional installation by a friendly and helpful team. Everything was left neat and tidy and we had a full briefing on the mobile app that lets you control everything. Follow-up support is great too. Highly recommended.
