For us this was a 5 star service. Darrin took a great care to repair my son's Nitro RC car. He sent us a test video and when we came to collect it he showed my son what he did and they tested the car outside together. Really good experience, really pleased. Thank you guys. Keep it up.

I reached out to DarBro RC model shop regarding a problem with 1/5th baja shorty they was very helpful and happy to answer all of my questions. They managed to fix my problem within days of first contact and squeezed me in short notice as I made a commute to their shop they would sort my issue while I waited .. brilliant customer service! Best decision I made going to this shop ! Will be returning for my service on my rc car.Thanks again for your help

Great shop with plenty to look at, also workshop/tuning is very reasonable. Had my nitro buggy engine stripped, cleaned, rebuilt and tuned for less than £50. Really glad this shop has opened up will definitely be using again in the future.

Took my rc car in for tuning. Was told it would be a few days £42. 30% discount advertised on Facebook not applied at the time and was told this was for people using track when later questioned about it even though advert doesn’t state this. 4 days in and asked for an update and got told it was 5th in a queue and can take up to 3 weeks. This was never mentioned. When asked about why was told it was on my invoice which he had to email over to me that day. As soon as I pointed all this out and how it had ruined my experience of owning my first rc car. The lies told by the owner darrin how it would be days then told me I’d misunderstood him and he said try. No offer of the 30% discount he was advertising. Asked again about all this and was told to come and fetch my car and he will refund my deposit.Not really the service I’d expect from anyone. As soon as I meantioned I’d be leaving a review I was blocked from there Facebook page after getting accused of making threats. The fact I said I’d leave them a truthful and honest review must of been why. When I collected my car I asked to speak to darrin and for him to show me where it said in his advert the discount didn’t apply to me I was told he had nothing to say on the matter and that was the end of it

Brilliant customer service and I would highly recommend them I will be using them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know
