Disgusting customer service! I messaged Fri morning because it hurt too much to talk and asked them not to call me because of this but reply by email instead. I asked lots of questions which I would have asked on the phone and all the receptionist emailed back was call the surgery" did she even read my email? So 3 days later on Monday and a few painkillers to help talk I phoned up for an emergency... She wasn't able to get me in and then wasted my time even more taking details before telling me oh sorry we're not taking new patients!!!!!"

I would like to share my experience at this practice. The service I received was excellent. I cannot thank Dentist Ramya and her nurse Mani enough. I've recently had several appointments and a tooth extraction. These ladies were so kind and caring, I've never seen anything like it. I was really nervous before having my extraction and they put me at ease. I felt so comfortable in their presence. I will never go to anyone else again. Thanks ladies ❤️

Staff here are so lazy with no customer service. Turn up for an appointment to be told it’s been cancelled with no prior contact or communication. If we as patients cancelled then ohhh nooo another 3-6 month wait and they make a big fuss about it. It’s tough to get registered to dentists at the moment, but next opportunity I would recommend leaving this run down dentist with their run down reception staff. Don’t believe me..call them to get a sample and it will soon turn your good morning into a bad one!

Would give 0 , but can't... damaged my teeth further , and further , under new management , a leopard doesn't change it's spots ...not interested in caring , preserving etc teeth , only interested in taking them out and invoicing the NHS , not evening giving a replacement denture , saying that I don't need the tooth ? God created us , nature with these teeth , it's like saying I don't need five fingers , I'll cut one off or two ... pain , misery , not being able to eat what I want , since my last visit I have developed gum disease...do not sign the waiver on my recent visit the dentist pressed down really hard on my teeth creating a gap also may have fractured my tooth might be a crack and may become a chipped tooth

My experience with dentist name Ramya was very good, she is such a nice person, caring a lot during my treatment and I always feel she is very helpful all the time my visit so after my treatment I always feel great, thanks dentist Ramya for everything.

I rang ahead to cancel an appointment today to be told I've been de-registered as I'd re-arranged an appointment previously in October and missed one the year before in July. I've never heard of any such thing and should have been warned when I called up. Customer services isn't good and was lucky enough to find another Dentist accepting NHS patients with better customer service which im very pleased about.

Used this practice a few years ago and male dentist pressed down extremely hard on tooth at rear that to this day, there is a deeper hole appearing. Thanks Mr Dentist.

friendly staff but the 1 x receptionist was a little rude deal with the customers first then talk about your daily life to the other assistants felt uncomfortable standing there holiding a tablet pen waiting for you to send a document to sign

I had my root canal treatment on the 28th June. Dr Vani Dasari and Mandeep were excellent. Treatment was done very efficiently. Both of them put me at ease as I was nervous initially.Dr Dasari explained the procedure thoroughly and the x ray findings. She was very patient and meticulous in what she did. I am very grateful to both Dr Vani Dasari and Mandeep. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming too. The team are a valuable asset to the practice. I would highly recommend the dental practice.Heartfelt thanks

Did give a five star review, but sadly it's now down to one. My sister, who has mental health issues, has been in pain for a week now concerning her teeth. At first she thought it was sensitivity pain, so she got some toothpaste to see if that would help. It didn't. So it must be something to do with the partial denture she has in. She called up to say that she's been in pain and they said that they couldn't see her until late March (three weeks away!). She had to hold back the tears and was told that she could call back in the morning. Sadly, she won't as she feels defeated and what makes this worse is that she can't eat or drink! Sad state of affairs when you can't get an appointment to just make sure there's nothing seriously wrong ...I'm now having to seek out another dentist for her just as so she can get someone to look at her and help her - especially as she's unable to eat or drink anything. What's worse is that she has had nothing but bad experiences with dentists and just adds to her anxiety, worry and her body dysmorphia.
