Vario by VELUX - Bespoke Rooflights

We absolutely love our roof lights! Ours can open which is an absolute joy and will be fully appreciated when summer arrives. Our extension is flooded with light, even on gloomy days. We had excellent service from the vario by velux team! Always on hand with assistance over the phone as well as always returning our calls in a timely manner. We will definitely recommend Vario by Velux! It is a worthy investment.

We ordered 4 bespoke skylights from vario/velux and have since found out they have lost them when they were sent to storage! We were told they still had them but when we asked for them to send them we were informed they were lost so they were either not actively checking or lying when we rang regularly to check they still had them in storage. They weigh in excess of 2 tons nearly and are very large so it seems unfathomable that they could lose them. We were then told they had to do a week long investigation to try to find out what had happened but it’s been more than a week and still no news. This will cause massive delays to our project, a huge problem for the contractor who had planned to fit them and it means we may now not be able to finish the kitchen area before Christmas as well as it becoming increasingly cold as the spaces can’t be insulated. There has been poor communication and a potential lack of honesty which has caused a lot of problems. I feel this should be resolved by the company without us constantly having to chase them. Would not recommend

What a shame , the company has robbed us of money see the the picture of a new customised window installed by Vario deluxe for over £5200 those guys a caw boys , do not trust any of they words .Have been reported to the trading standards .

Excellent service from start to finish, priced competitively and quickly and a really good comms and information given. Even with the current climate around materials arrived a week earlier than expected and advised. Really well made window and looks amazing in situ and has totally changed the look and feel of the property.

Excellent customer service, really make things easy!.And the product is definitely in line with VELUX market leading pitched roof windows. All windows are delivered on very sturdy pallets which we then used to lift them onto the roof (with the help of a crane)Will look stunning when the property is completed.
