poor value and poor service. I was unhappy with their mail order service for refills. The web site didn't work properly and they charged £5 p&p but when my package arrived it had just an 85p stamp. Wrote to them to complain and they ignored me.

I phoned yard o led to ask if they would have a look at my Perfecta prop pencil that had been languishing in a drawer, broken and unused, for the best part of the last 20 years. They invited me to call in. I did so today and not only did they repair the pencil they refilled it with lead and polished it to perfection while I was given a guided tour of the workshop. Fantastic!
