NO option to not leave a star, Once they have your money, good luck. They also send order with missing items, promessed to redeliver it next day!, not ever bothered to contact you, delivery driver is one of those that still exists,Grosso modo never buy again.

I don't often put reviews on anything but felt it was only right in this instance.Jamie sorted it all out for me as I don't know anything about roofing. I got roofing sheets all the fixings and flashing at a fantastic price, it was delivered on time and I was impressed with the quality and will definatley be using them again for my summer house (next project) also recommend them to my neighbourThanks

I enquired about 3 plastisol coated Steel Box Profile Roofing Sheets i required in Brown , Jordan was really helpful & offered me 3 oversized sheets they had in Stock for same price as smaller lengths i wanted to save me waiting, as they are easy to trim i gladly accepted, they were really reasonably priced & delivered at low cost really quickly, great service, would definitely recommend Phoenix Steels, Birmingham

Was extremely disappointed with this co. Don't be taken in by their polite telephone manner, lame excuses & promises. We ordered the tile effect roofing sheets, & they don't come cheap either. Firstly, the delivery was dumped on my front garden without notification of delivery. I complained to an advisor - Jamie at the company, & he tried to assure me that they had tried 5 times to contact me! Really, in that case why didn't you leave a message on my answering phone after 30seconds. They also got my mobile number wrong which is why they couldn't contact me twice on it! (I am freelance & work from home). The sheets all had a dent or a ridge down one side! I wondered if these were seconds, but got told it was for drainage & that is also how they come through the press machine aswell, but once laid, that will be hidden. Most of the roof sheets had scratches & blemishes with paint off them. I asked if I could have a touch up paint & was promised by Jamie he would get this to me, as I was not seeking or asking for compensation or discount. 3 weeks went by & I contacted Jamie who said the touch up paint was sent weeks ago? However, he would organise some more paint to be sent to us, that was a fortnight ago and I know a small sample pot would not take weeks! Again, I have my doubts & no faith in this company but have been fobbed off . I certainly would not order from this company again, considering the price we paid. I was expecting good quality materials for the price we paid & service.

Recently bought all the cladding for a large shed project and found this company really good. Had a couple of small issues, spoke to Jake and he was more than happy to sort them out and even waived the cost on some extra bits I had, genuine bloke. There was the odd time he didn’t call me back and I had to chase him up but the guy is busy, which in my world is testimonial in its self. I would and will use them again.

Great experience at phoenix steels. Fantastic team especially the guy in the flashing shed. Hats off to him, such an amazing chap with a brain full of knowledge. Helped me get the exact flashing that I wanted and also just a great chap in general, really is a top fellow. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Jordans ok and her dog is also trendy. Billy makes a great tea. Would definitely recommend.
