They're taking too long make decision on claim. Every time you call they says we are still waiting claim handler to make decision. It's been 2 months no results yet

Ethical Claims! More like unethical claims. As per other reviews on here do not deal with this company. Unable to speak to accounts team, ignore their emails and phone calls. When ringing and asking them to deal with delayed payments you just get you need to email accounts". Common debtor's that do not pay their invoices. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!"

BEWARE - this company does not pay its bills! We completed work on a customers car in May and still no payment, no replies to emails or phone calls. Avoid these dishonest cowboys at all costs!!

I wouldn’t even put one star for this companyI would never recommend this company to anyone and encourage noone to make deals with themThey don’t answer the phone we have to wait for 1 hour and they are uselessThey never update what happens to your car and they say whatever they likeI am going to complain to ombudsman service
