Helen and her team went above and beyond for us, and without her help our wedding wouldn't have gone anywhere near as smoothly! We want to say THE BIGGEST 'THANKYOU' to Helen and Nicola as they were just incredible at our wedding on Saturday. The service they offered, with attention to detail was next level. It's so incredibly hard to find good service nowadays we have found, but there wasn't an empty glass in the house and they thought of everything! Helen has been a true pleasure to deal with throughout, totally putting my mind at rest that they were organised. She has always been prompt when responding and provided a flexible approach, such as adding in shot glass hire last minute. Not only this but they were both so happy and friendly and this rubbed off on all our guests, saying how excellent they were. The bar looked fantastic and they worked so hard in the heat too. We honestly will never be able to thank them both enough for making our day so perfect and will undoubtedly recommend and be coming to Events By Helen again should we host another event!

Helen and I met three years ago, when I first started planning my wedding. Since then, I've postponed twice due to covid, changed my mind about a thousand things, and spent a lot of time on the phone to Helen! She dealt with all this calmly, and was flexible and generous with her time.Helen provided a team of staff for our wedding day, all of whom were professional and great fun! Helen coordinated the day and really couldn't do enough to get us all organised and happy. The day went exactly as I wanted it to, and I'm so grateful to Helen and her team for their help.

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. Thankyou!

We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!
