I've just had a sweep and service of my wood burner and can't recommend Kembers Embers enough! I have recently moved into a new house and had very little information about the wood burner. After sharing a few pictures of the burner with David, he was able to guide me through what was needed, came over to do the sweep and service and offered some really helpful advice for a complete novice. Now booked in for a Spring sweep after my first wood burning season! Thanks so much!

After some horror stories from friends who'd had chimney fires last year when they cranked up their wood burners to deal with the beast from the East, I wasn't taking any chances!! Dave fitted in an appointment the day after I called requesting an appointment to get my flue swept, and he did an excellent job! I was worried that there'd be a horrible mess but not so. Not only did he leave the place spotless, he cleaned up my stove glass and gave me some tips to maximise the energy efficiency of my burner. I've recommended Kembers Embers to all my friends.
