I have been seeing Ryan for almost 3 years, he gives a very professional service.I have a chronic illness that can affect my joints and muscles, I see him once a week for treatment, and this has proved to be a a great help in the management of it.He offers a professional service, putting you at ease. Any treatment is always explained, I have never felt rushed, and feel that he is genuinely interested in how best to help you.There is a very helpful app that you can access to remind you of what exercises he has recommended. I always feel so much better after treatment, which reduces the need for pain relieving tablets.I can highly recommend M20 Health.Louise White

I have been to see Ryan numerous occasions after an arm injury stopped me playing tennis. Working with Ryan I am now pain free, and have and strength and conditioning exercise program working on the issues that had caused the injury in the first place.
