Universal have made our promotions & performances headache free on the sound side.Having used their set ups for small & larger venues we have always been happy with sound, affordability, crew & the fact we don't have to pack it away at the end of the night when there is beer to be drunk.

Have known these guys for 20 years, and not once have they been anything else but excellent. All my bands have played with these guys doing the sound, and every time they have made us sound better than we have with other sound engineers. When you see them setting up at the beginning of a night it is a good feeling that you know you are going to have a good sound. All you have to do is try them out to know what I mean.

Sound guy pulled out 2 days before the event because he'd made plans with his girlfriend instead". Vocal mics were sub par. Guys refused to bring the gear up stairs and pack away again afterwards

Universal is always reliable and great value for money too. I've used them regularly over the past 15 years putting on local events and gigs. However I left this review after they really came through for me at a big party I put on recently. It was very late notice and they delivered once again - providing both equipment and trained staff on the night. A great team and a company I'd always recommend to anyone looking for PA hire.
