Danielle at Howard & Over was absolutely amazing during the purchase of our first home. Very slow, we signed forms over 3 weeks ago to proceed and have had no contact at all from Howard and over since whenever we go in to the office they are always busy and we are told we will get a phone call and never get any response. Beware your file will lay on their systems for a month before they will even look at it or contact you at all. There is a real lack of communication and considering going somewhere else at this point. Disappointed is an understatement. We are hoping things will improve so we can change our review and hope that things will speed up / get better.
