Pizza Hut Delivery

My 2 daughters 1 aged 15 and one aged 13 went to collect a order we placed at this branch when my daughters came back to my car which was parked outside the shop there mood seemed a bit off I thought initially they both had a disagreement like siblings do it’s only until after eating at home I asked them what’s wrong and she said the guy at Pizza Hut called Fahad was saying inappropriate things to them like Mmm you smell nice what’s that perfume your wearing and your hair is so long and shiny and your so pretty. I rang the store straight away but I got nothing but excuses and my daughters been called liars the following day I reported this to the police. I wanted to write this review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s child. If I could give minus 100 stars that’s what this Pizza Hut would deserve. My daughter also took a picture of the nasty man as they call him I will upload if anyone requests thank you

I ordered some wings from an Uber Eats listing called Wing Street". There was no indication that this was actually Pizza Hut on Uber Eats. Imagine my surprise when this supposed "wings" order comes and it's Pizza Hut's terrible wings that taste worse than if I'd bought frozen wings from the store and heated them in the oven myself. Waited TWO HOURS for delivery!We thought we'd get a pizzahut as a 'treat'. For what is quite expensive it arrived cold, the ingredients seemed poor quality and the pizza wasn't even sliced up.If, like us, you expect something to be delivered to actually resemble the decent pizzas you get in one of their restaurants, prepare to be disappointed.Truly awful and we'll be going back to the local pizza shop next time.

I thought that someone else was beating pizza hut but I was wrong, i tried other companies but pizza hut is definitely incomparable for me with others, my favourite which I normally have Tuna sweet corn and veg,

Appalling customer service. Good luck trying to get any recompense if they happen to mess your order up. Avoid.

I ordered two pizzas using Uber eats, one of them was chicken sizzler which had no cheese. The other pizza however was very undercooked and doughy and potato wedges were the same under cooked. The pizzas didn’t even cut properly. I tried to tell them to refund me or send me another one they told me to contact uber eats, and Uber eats didn’t accept any responsibility and said back to me: We're sorry to hear that your order from Pizza Hut didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a refund under these circumstances, in line with Uber's policy.Pizza Hut staff were very rude and unprofessional.

The pepperoni pizza was amazing and the man I think his name was Farhad was super quick with making it and very friendly

Ok to begin. I ordered a pizza on pizza hut web site last night for my son who was assaulted in a club and had to spend most of the day in hospital with a fractured orbital socket. Ordered a chicken sizzler for him and never noticed until I checked how long and my email for this that the order had gone through as a meaty one. I sent it back and asked the delivery driver to tell them it was the wrong order. He told me to phone the shop being North Lane Headingley the guy who answered initially was ignorant I asked him to send what I thought I had originally ordered and he just hung up. 45 mins later I phoned them to find out where this pizza was to be put onto the phone to a guy who called himself Murphy that I had sent the pizza back I explained to him this wasn't the first time that pizza hut website had ordered a completely different pizza he told me to phone customer service. I asked him if I could call round to collect and was told no. This morning I did call customer service to hear a message saying since COVID they no longer have a manned line and to contact the store you ordered from. Pizza hut have £21.48 of mine which I know I am not getting back. Just letting people know maybe use Papa John's or Dominos. As the service and standards from pizza hut are appalling. Couldn't add picture of pizza BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET 1
