Unfortunate experience, my driver had a puncture, replacement driver really late, got to the railway station with barely a minute to spare, though he didn't charge me which was nice.When I take another cab, I'll update my review and hopefully the rating.[EDIT] Another cab taken to Manchester Airport, very pleasant driver and experience.

Got an airport pick up the other day and they were great couldn't recommend enough. Really friendly and helpful driver Jason who came to find us in the car park helped woth bags. Will definitely use again.

Absolute joke of a company, do not use. Got to the taxi firm at 11.15, was told 12.15 and stupidly agreed. Rude man at the office kept saying 5 minutes to the point we waited an hour and 15 mins for the taxi. Watched several people walk away being told a similar waiting time. Definitely will not be using this firm again. On a positive note Keith the taxi driver was a lovely man.

Jason was a quality bloke, looked after us and did the additional stop that wasn’t planned and had brilliant banter, would definitely book again just for Jason!

Had Muhammad as taxi driver today. He is very pleasant and his taxi service was outstanding. He was very polite and welcoming. Great customer service. Credit to your team! Thank you

Used this taxi company Christmas and New year to take my sister home ,,would highly recommend.... ,driver Darren and Yaser were courteous,help ful and friendly ,..Defo use these taxis when needed in the near future 10/10 from us

I rang this company a few days before I needed them to book a seven seater to take us from the Premier Inn, Horwich. I wanted to book for 5pm but was told the driver didnt start work till 5, so I booked for 5.10. So on the day no one turned up, I rang at 20 past and was told he'd be with us in 10 minutes, still didnt show, so I rang again after 5.30 and was told he was dropping someone off! Surely we should have been this guys first customers! I was fuming to say the least. This was my daughters hen night! The lovely lady at the Premier Inn rang another company and they came straight away. We were heading for an evening on a canal boat, needless to say, I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole!

Shocking service and completely irresponsible. Went into the office in person and pre-paid for a taxi for my son for new years eve, as I knew it would be busy. It did not turn up and noone would pick up the phone, leaving my son stranded late at night. No apology or explanation given at all.

Taxi was pre booked for a 11.45pm pick up, after 15 mins I rang to be told it would be 00.15am, the man was very rude on the phone and offered no apology. I rang again at 00.20 to be told he would be no longer than 5mins. He turned up at 00.45, one full hour later than booked!! Absolutely ridiculous! Will never use these again! I’ve never ever had a taxi firm run this late with pre booked runs!!
