DJM TAXIS LTD

Booked important journey ( to link with other transport to London) over an hour before required. Told being picked up at 7:45 pm. Did not arrive. Called. Eventually a car from a different company turned up. DJM had called him, he told us, at 7:43 to do the journey for them. He just about made it and coach was caught, but this had caused my daughter a lot of unnecessary stress and spoilt her last bit of time with us that day. DJM didn’t seem at all bothered when we called to complain. I have emailed twice asking for compensation but they’ve not had the decency to reply.

TERRIBLE! Called at 5:08 was told 15 mins. Informed them I was Waiting with a small baby in the cold. 25 mins later I called and was told 8 more mins. 10 mins later called again to be told a car was not actually on its way! Freezing baby and toddler - totally unacceptable- called an Uber which arrived in 5 mins! Shocking service.

Booked a taxi for 8.45am 3 days in advance. I chased at 8.50 and was told taxi was on its way but there may have been traffic. Chased again 5 mins later to be told it would be another 10 - 12 mins.If someone books a taxi, they have considered where they need to be an for what time, therefore if you are unable to accommodate the time, my request should of been decline, or as a minimum been communicated better rather than me having to chase. I could have then tried an alternative firm.Instead I was left with no time so had to drive. Tried to go local but learnt my lesson, will stick to bolt.

A prompt service as usual.Unfortunately the Transit got a puncture on the M1 which meant I had to get my hands dirty and help the driver change the wheel on the hard shoulder.Didn't mind doing it as the driver was a pleasant chap.I think DG owe me a free ride for bailing then out.

Was verbally threatened multiple times by the taxi driver.The taxi was pre-booked and arrived 20 minutes late (these things happen), then upon arrival I was told it's cash only when it clearly states on the website all drivers accept card. He didn't have a card machine so had to make a call and relay my details to someone over the phone which I wasn't totally comfortable with. But I'm writing this review mainly because I was verbally threatened by the driver as I got out the car and closed the door behind me. He felt I slammed the door. He was aggressive and threatened me multiple times. It was really quite shocking. Don't believe what it says on their website, from accepting card payments to priding themselves on quality customer service. Never experienced anything like it.

Great service! Was cheaper than trains and buses put together and took the stress out of the long journey ahead. Lovely driver. Car was immaculately clean as well! Will definitely be using their services again.

Not very impressed with companies approach to Covid.Had booked a taxi on the Tuesday for the weekend, their website said credit card payments were possible, on completing the journey the driver could only take cash (good job I had some).There was no evidence of sanitisers and driver did not wear a mask.Driver did not proceed to take to specified destination that was used in booking and was going generically to the town centre, when redirected did not seem to know street location.On plus side taxi arrived almost on time (less than 5 minutes late) but given this was pre-booked I would expect this to be on time or even be advised of a delay.

Absolutely appalling!! My young daughter booked to go 1.6 miles (4 minute journey) and was charged £15.50. She did not have enough money so she was kept in the taxi against her will until she found a way to pay, she is only 17. I will be reporting this.

Booked a taxi for 7pm. They were 30mins late picking me in the freezing cold, without an apology. Blamed the christmas traffic, which according to Google maps and my eyes .... Their wasn't any traffic. Very disappointed.
