Amazing staff

I would give them zero stars if I could. Heard one of the staff use the F word about a patient (she said “oh for F’s sake” because he was out for a cigarette when she called him). I developed a dental phobia while there and sought help for the phobia, was then told because I had sought help from someone else in an emergency situation I could no longer go back. This was after I had explained the situation to the receptionist and she told me I could “always go back.” I also sought advice from an NHS helpline and they said I should be accepted. But the dentist took the huff. Been registered there since I was a small child, my whole family were too, but none of us will return. Their attitude is harmful and disrespectful.

Fantastic staff and always able to help

Such a great team...I have never felt so comfortable, in a dental chair. I often need fillings mended, due to my love of crunchy foods. The last visit was for my mum. New bottom teeth today. ..They have softened her face, and taken years off her. Thankyou.

Always very helpful and good with there treatment
