Really great experience having my gait analysed. Alex was really helpful and knowledgeable. Got to try on multiple pairs of trainers and have a go on the treadmill. Would recommend going

I visited the store on 13/08/23. Employees are friendly, but not trying to deal with customers. We went to shoes section and after waiting at least 20 mins, someone asked do we need help. One employee sits on the chair front of the computer and customer running on treadmill and receive data. I can understand he is busy, but he can say 'Hi guys, I will deal with you...' Typical customer service at the country, nothing special at the store. They have limited shoes on the store, if you buy online, you need to pay postage to return products.

Visited Runners Need (St Albans) today to buy a new pair of trainers for the London Marathon. The lady that helped me was extremely helpful, gave me solid advice and challenged my view on shoe size. I took all of her advice and have bought a brand I hadn’t considered at a size bigger than I had planned. They feel amazing. I should of took her name, hope that she sees this. Thank you and I will be back.
