The Cleaning Boutique

The Cleaning Boutique came round to clean my flat last week, and in the end it was left spotless and a great job was done, but the boss had to come out to my flat to finish the job after her employee (a woman called Karen) didn't clean my flat properly. Her boss was very apologetic towards me and handled the situation very professionally. She even took pictures of the various marks that Karen had left behind, before cleaning them off permanently. When I phoned Karen telling her about the marks, she was rude and dismissive towards me, which upset me very much. She shouldn't work for the company and is in the wrong job, and I'm sure that the Cleaning Boutique will go the extra mile to make sure nothing like this ever happens again.
