The most terrible customer service I've experienced in my entire life! Nice and willing to when making sale, but flipped complete opposite immediately after.. Extremely rude, impolite and very impatient. Refused to offer any help and basically told me to go to hell. Think twice before buying from these people.. you're better off throwing your money to the dogs!

The phone number is disconnected …I went to the address advertised in Borehamwood yesterday … they are no longer trading there … the young lady employed on the site with entirely different signage told me that she’s worked there for two years whilst a few people have turned up looking for the Sewing Machine Discount but has no other information

Absolute rubbish service. Extremely rude. Once your purchase is done, they are so impolite.
