Promising beginnings but totally fell off a cliff and just did absolutely nothing, communication dreadful - constant chasing and empty promises - with lots of other care agencies around the Stratford Upon Avon area, I would go elsewhere and save yourself a whole load of stress!

Helping hands sent me a live in carer at £250 A DAY to look after my mum she was very poorly trained I had to let her go two days early after all the inconvenience I went through they agreed to give me two and a half days money back but based on my experience I strongly recommend you check them out very well before you consider one of their carers .R.J.LOGAN

As an hourly paid carer I have no doubt that Helping Hands are one of the best Care providers in the UK.The initial training both in the classroom and then on-the-job with an experienced colleague means that you are well prepared for the role.For the most part you have regular customers and therefore they have the security and confidence of knowing who is visiting them.Support throughout your shift is only a phone call away and additional training is available when needed.

I am an hourly visiting carer within Warwickshire and have been for sometime.I love my job!We are trained to the highest of standards initially and continually, and we give our customers the best care available.I have experienced other care companies within this area and without a second thought I would chose Helping Hands for any member of my family or even myself (when the time comes!)

Only giving one star because I can't give none. Carers are so lovely but organisation by the office is terrible. Meant to have 2 careers for a call and 99% of the time only one turns up and family has to help. Last week none came at all. Always calling to arrange two staff and always told it will be next time. Would have changed companies months ago if it was up to me. Extremely unhappy and will be taking matters further.
