some staff are great so not saying it about them all, but i have had issues with the care my mother has had. eating with human waste under nails on several occasions .. to my mother having a fall , and 111 being called .. this is a advice line when 999 should of been !! broken femur / rotated leg !!! left over 3 hours till help arrived from the right services.. .. this is not good enough in my eyes .. no ones parents or relatives deserve this treatment ..

All the posts on here are old. This home specialises in dementia care. The staff are all dedicated and caring. In my experience Mum was well cared for as we're all the other residents. The manager has only been in post about 2 years and the changes he has made have turned the home around.
