Quick service and i found what i needed.I was looking for a dress for a wedding that i liked around Clacton and Colchester.and this branch was the only place that had all the clothes i really like i chose 5 dresses that i liked and picked 1 after trying them on.

Ordered twice online using PayPal and needed to return stuff, no return label provided and just says hassle free returns in store" took to my local store and they only wanted to give me a credit note instead of a refund for over £100.If you know someone has purchased using PayPal and that PayPal orders cannot be returned in store for a refund then provide a returns label with the order - hardly ticket science. Most other online retailers provide one as standard as part of the delivery note"

Whilst the clothing items are all high quality and the staff are usually helpfull, today we had an incident where the staff gave change in old £1s and refused to give us new ones. This wouldn't have been a problem if the banks weren't closed and the fact that today is the last day they're valid for the public. Businesses get extra time to convert their old currency and the fact that they refused to give new ones was extremely dissapointing. The manager was also very unprofessional and rude about the whole thing and it took too log to get a refund. Abusing their power like a scummy Soviet Premier from the 60s.

The changing room has lots of seats available. This is great for anyone who has a girlfriend like mine, who insists on trying on the entire store's stock.

Nice items and helpful staff, only problem when sales on if you need large changing room for wheelchair you have to wait as they don't keep the large one just for disabled or those with buggies. Also l feel a little bit pricey when items not on offer or in sale, So when sales are on they should keep the large changing room just for disabled and buggies in My opinion. As l have had to wait twice now almost 40 minutes to try my items on.

Was in your store today, was served by a lady called Zania. As I approached the till, she whispered something the colleague next to her and served me in a detrimental manner, I found this rude and humiliating.Operator number on my receipt is 5972061

The lady was brillant. I had picked up a pack of earrings and 4 pairs were missing. We found it seem to be the same for the other packs. She allowed me tonchose a further 2 pairs to make up a pack. Nothing was a problem
