Enterprise Flex-E-Rent - Commercial Vehicle & Van Hire Sheffield

Hired a van - there was much faffing about finding the exact paperwork. Apparently a proof of address that was 3 months and 1 week old could not be accepted and I had to run around getting a week newer proof of address!!. I was told to return the van with the exact same amount of fuel that it left with - which of course is fair enough BUT unlike most hire companies who fill their vehicles so you return them full, Burnt tree's tank was a quarter full. It is virtually impossible to guess" how much fuel to put in so the customer nearly always puts more fuel than needed. It cost me significantly more than it should have. Overall with jobsworth staff and crazy protocols

I didn't think a business like this could afford earn such a bad reputation in the local area.They take over the area from 8 till 6 with tatty filthy vans (I cannot emphasise that enough btw) usually double parked or on yellow lines or maybe they'll block the road entirely for hours on end. They do it all, just don't expect customer service or a smile.Pranksters at heart they'll even put fake parking tickets on your car and block you in if they feel that your in their way!But won't move their dirty & tatty vans to accommodate the locals.The service manager has also got a reyt attitude problem, you'll often find him shouting at staff and speeding his pickup down the roads at break neck speeds.Arrow self hire are just down the road next to the arena, so do yourself a favour!

Lukasz was very helpfully with a problem with my trailer light manage too get it sorted in good time so I could get back too work good set off lads

Worse customer service I have experienced... The van had warning lights, engine management lights on and unsafe to use. I spend 2 days in constant calls with this depot with no response, the phone hanging up, no call backs and no solution or replacement vehicle. Don't waste your time with this company.

EFFICIENT DEPOT STAFF, POLITE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION STAFF, CLEAN AND WELL SERVICED VEHICLES WITH LOW MILEAGES..

Absolutely useless..... wouldn't reccomend to my worst enemy. No help what so ever... avoid at all costs .... much better company's out there that would love your business.

Shocking service the worsed ever vehicle defective and no support they just hang up the phone

If your vehicle breakers down they will not help you... The staff here seem not to be interested at all... Just leaving me on hold for over 30 mins or hanging up the phone with no call back

Flex-e-rent is highly inappropriate. You need to open an account to hire, which has to be done through special sales people not in office. If you need speed or flexibility look elsewhere

Reserved online - no contact from company. Rang to ask if booking received and confirm a vehicle available and was assured there was but I needed my licence to book it (really - most companies do that at the time of hire). I confirmed the vehicle would be available still, and was a ssured a hold had been put on one so I could ring back in the morning with licence details.Rang back in the morning - no record of my enquiry, no van available, very unhelpful and unapologetic staff. Not impressed at all. Left me needing a van at less than 24 hours notice. Thankfully I found a far more helpful company who I will use again in the future.
