Sarah Southall @ Smith Partnership BurtonAn exceptional service in unprecedented times. Our property sale commenced just as we came out of the first lock-down and as we found, not all solicitors adapted as well as Smith Partnership to this process. Throughout, Sarah was professional, approachable and when our house purchase fell through empathy. We were so impressed that some months later when we found another property to purchase, we contacted Sarah to represent us again. Even though, by then, we were living some 200 miles away.Would definitely recommend.

Words cannot express the most awful customer service I have experienced in my life. I could write the whole story of what has happened over the last 24 months but I have already had enough stress, upset and financial difficulty thanks to this firm for a service I never received, so I will not put myself through any more of this. I usually enjoy leaving reviews about brilliant service only, so to leave this is really unpleasant and all I can say is that I hope noone else ever has to experience the same level of atrocious service and lack of care from this firm that I have received. Absolutely dispicable and should be ashamed.

They service was a reasonable price, the cheapest solicitor quote I received and surprisingly quick once the ball was rolling. I can’t thank Smith’s Partnership enough and will return in the future.

Wouldn’t even rate this a one star.Been trying to complete a sale for 6 months.Dealing with Sarah southall is a joke. Never answers her phone, hardly responds to emails, keeps saying I have not provided everything. Trying to arrange a face to face meeting but no reply to emails. Even been in the office several times to try and see someone!!! No joy. At this rate I’m going to end up losing the house. Absolutely disgusting service, I have never known anything like it in my life. Very poor service. Would definitely not recommend and especially Sarah southall!!! In all honestly I’ve never actually spoken to her, it’s all the assistants. It’s a joke.

Sarah Southall and her colleagues provided excellent service throughout our house sale and purchase. They were professional and very efficient. They always returned calls and responded quickly to e mails. Crucially, they were always honest and willing to take the time to talk things through to explain how things were proceeding. They were recommended to us by a friend who had used them recently and I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.
