The staff were helpful, knew their products well and gave helpful advice. I purchased a washer/dryer and they included delivery of the new one and removal of the old one in the price. Delivery and removal service was punctual, quick and well done, including connecting up the new appliance and leaving it ready to use.

An Excellent Shop, outstanding customer service. Also very helpful if you want to repair any appliance.I am amending my review only after realising that Ashton Domestic Appliance has cheated me badly.I did give my Neff Microwave IN Sept 23 to check the fault to Ashton Domestic Appliance, Preston which is part of Euronics GROUP. When they have checked the microwave they have advised that there is £160 cost for repair. I decided not to repair and requested return of my microwave. When I went to pick up the microwave at the shop I was advised it is at the workshop I have to pick up once it wi be back at the shop. I did pick up the microwave after 2weeks in Sept. Unfortunately my mum was became very ill and I went out of country. On my return I have checked the microwave by opening it and noticed that they have pinched transformer from the microwave. When I did give microwave for checking it was running but only concern was not heating food. So transformer was in working condition. Upon checking on Neff website I realised the transformer price is £148.I did speak to Mr Graham by telephone and he advised they use third party engineer to check the appliances. When I have asked where is the transformer he said its gone now. I said why have you pinched the transformer without customers knowledge he advised he will come back to me after speaking to the engineer who is on holiday now. What a Day light robbery""

Good service went in Friday and had washer delivered and fitted Monday. Good prices will probably go again.

Great experience using Ashton Domestics. Had a look on their Euronics website for the dishwasher I wanted so knew price was competitive. Went into the showroom to have a look. Large displays over two floors of appliances including the one I was interested in. Selected without any pushy sales chat. Ordered and they had it in stock. had it delivered and fitted within 2 days. They took the old appliance away. Excellent, prompt, polite, tidy, efficient fitters. Use or loose your local shops!

They came out to see whether they could repair our 20 year old double oven or not. They said it could be repaired and despite its age did not press us to buy a new one from them however we opted for a replacement. We bought from them and the initial call out charge for the potential repair was cancelled.New oven delivered on next working day (which was a Monday). Friendly & efficient installation.Fitting charge half of major online company's quote and free disposal of old oven included.Competitive price as well for the new oven.

Went into Ashton Domestic Appliances Ltd last Wednesday afternoon to look for a new dishwasher. Spoke to Oliver, and with his help we decided which model to get. There was no pushy sales talk. A very pleasant guy, he even apologised for not being able to deliver the machine until today [Monday] I was expecting to have to wait longer. He said it would be delivered today between 10 and 12. Just before 10 this morning the van turned up and Wayne & Josh got straight on with removing the old machine and installing the new one. All done in about 30 minutes. Everything back to the way it was, no mess left and the machine was tested before they went away. Both polite friendly guys. This has been a very good experience and I will be going to Ashton Domestic Appliances Ltd whenever I need any new appliances. Can't rate them highly enough
