Branded Biker

Purchased a Lindstrands textile jacket after much searching. The staff were very helpful asking the right questions and pointing me in the right direction. I didn't purchase on the day as I was unsure which jacket I wanted. Ordered the one for me a couple of days later, and it was delivered very quickly.Very happy with the overall shop experience and service., many thanks for all your help.

The accessory that I was looking for seemed to be only available from a couple of UK companies, the others all seemed to be EU based, I decided to order from Branded Bikers as they were 15% cheaper than Adventure Bike Shop, couldn't be more delighted, Julie get be updated by email about delivery & parts arrived early, they also included a free Arai booklet & a motorcycle newspaper in the delivery, brilliant.

There have been mixed reviews on various sites about Branded Biker and hence I was reluctant to place my order with them. Anyway, I decided bite the bullet and order a couple of GIVI bike specific luggage mounts for my bike - Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 with the understanding that if things go wrong, my credit card company would refund me. However, the parts arrived in two days and am very pleased with the response time, quality (but that can be said with all GIVI parts) and packaging.What can be improved is communication from Branded Biker as in there was no confirmatory email about my order, dispatch of order or tracking details. This made me wonder whether the past reviews left by other customers were true and did give me a few sleepless nights. A check of the order on their website showed the status as shipping. It was the courier company (Parcel Force) whose text message alerted me to the fact that the delivery was scheduled on the same day as the text arrived.A telephone number or email for enquires would help but this was conspicuously absent on their website, but a telephone number can be found on their Facebook page. I just don't understand the secrecy part of this and is another aspect that Branded Bikers can improve on.At the end of the day, I am satisfied with my purchase but communications must be improved to avoid sleepless nights. That is the sole reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars!

Exceptional service from Branded Biker.It's not even 24hrs since I ordered 2 separate items (2 different orders) from Branded Biker, and both have just arrived via Parcelforce.I had read a couple of 'salty' reviews before placing my order, but glad I ignored them. I appreciate that some Givi products are unavailable, in short supply or need to be imported. I also understand that the delivery services can be a weak link.However, both BB and Parcelforce have exceeded my expectations. First class service and spot on tracking. Thanks guys!

They take your money when they know they have no stock!They offer items for sale, take your money and then tell you they've had no stock for weeks. You then have to wait indefinitely until they get stock. I'm still waiting.Don't order anything from this store or risk not getting it.Now to go through the hassle of contacting mastercard so they can fight it for me

Ordered a Givi luggage rack for a CMX 1100, was sent updates all through the process of getting this to me. Very impressed with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Givi engine guards for FZ6 - S2. Branded Biker offered the most competitive price. They had some comms / technical issues recently which affected the delivery timescale to a small degree and appear to have been totally beyond their control but this wasn't a problem for me and my enquiry received a swift response by phone from a very helpful and pleasant lady with a can-do attitude.The engine guards were as described and easy to mount (for my local bike garage - 1 hour labour). They are also suitable for mounting spot lights (see photo). I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Fantastic service from these guys. I needed an item urgently so called to check stock situation before ordering online. Very helpful lady checked with supplier and assured me it would be with them in 24 hours. I got regular updates via email and item then arrived, well packed on the day advised. Prices are good too. Happy bunny. Will use again I future and recommend to others.
