New Addington Dental Surgery

Thank you so much Morgan Gregg, I just want to note that I’m not great with dental treatment at all! I’m a nervous reck and suffer with anxiety terribly! After problems trying to get an X-ray (they make me gag/reach) he was so patient and finally got what he needed. It was an old root canal (8-10 yes old) infected with an abscess! This needed to be removed as it had done its time. Now to my first ever adult extraction:( my anxiety went through the roof as I thought I was going to get some antibiotics and have to go back! No no there and then a few injections which was absolutely fine, waited a few minutes for that to set in now tooth extraction time! I lay their eyes shut very tightly within a minute told to bite down on a cotton pad! JOB DONE! absolutely great and pain free! I’m now 48hrs in on my extraction and feeling great! Going back on the 5th May will update then on my next lot of treatment. This is to update anyone that is as fearful as I am.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the reception staff who were polite, flexible and accommodating and the dentist Ali that saw me today. I have been in pain due to an infection. I was treated with compassion and understanding, whilst being nervous about the treatment I was going to need. I was reassured and Cared for.Thank you to everyone.

Absolutely horrible I had dr Ali and some other women who I know not off . I’m underage and they didn’t even give me details of what a tooth filling is , they insisted I do it and I said okay sure , they started injecting me and drilling at my teeth , I was in so much pain. After they didn’t tell me how to take care of the filling they just said don’t eat for 1 hour. The tooth filling has spread onto my other teeth . If your excited to go to the dentist , it’s not as you think .

Dr Ali saved my teeth, when the private dentist I was seeing previously gave me an expensive horror story. I've been seeing Dr Ali for 6 years and get an amazing experience each time. Thank you very much!

A BIG thank you to Mr Morgan for giving me the best treatment and service! I was in pain for weeks and had horrible fillings which affected my self-esteem and smile. After a few sessions with Mr Morgan, I now feel confident and happy with my teeth. Thank you so much!

Though the dentists are lovely and the facilities decent. The older lady on reception has no customer service skills whatsoever. She’s rude and condescending, both over the phone and in person.

I had a dental emergency appointment from NHS 111 a couple days ago. The place is clean and functional. All staff were kind and professional on every step. The doctor had explained a few treatment options on my aching wisdom tooth and later dealt with care. I made my choice and happy with the outcome and experience there. Would definitely recommend them

Morgen is such a nice caring dentist I was as nervous as hell and was all night knowing I had to go to the dentist as I guss most people are. He made me less nervous and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is nervous as he was brilliant.
