Recieved my order today that I put in over the Christmas break! Seeing people's reviews about delivery time is unjust, my order was a made to measure piece which is will take more time then an already made piece off the Internet. Was kept upto date regarding my order, and when the delivery date/time seemed not to fit my schedule, and I suggested that Italy need to be changed, I did not get attitude like some companies but all was well and delivered within the time frame I was given. Delivery was great and the man was very helpful and friendly, and overall really pleased with our purchase. All measurements were correct and price was great! Much cheaper than getting a mirror offline half the size!Will definitely use gain in the future!

I am very happy with my order for a replacement sideboard glass top protector. I was notified by email updates of my order status. Delivery arrived on time as arranged by phone by the courier/driver and was left safely in my porch to which was perfect as I did not have to wait in all day! Overall a great quality product and service. Would highly recommend.

Great service, quality product, affordable price. I ordered a bespoke glass shelf for a kitchen cabinet through the website. Quick order confirmation by email and then updates along the way for processing and dispatch. I even got a call to check I would be in at the time of delivery next day. Would definitely use them again, totally recommend.

Ordered a bespoke shower screen with a curved top through the easy online service. I then received by email a confirmation which was a great help. The screen arrived earlier than expected delivered by their own extremely pleasant driver who was on time as arranged by phone. The screen is now fitted for my customer with no problems at all. We will back for our future projects. Excellent service, thank you to all involved.

This company has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Aside from supplying a perfect large glass mirror for a dance studio, the service has also been superb.From the friendly, helpful and efficient service from Paul (on my initial call and emails), right through to the legendary service from the delivery driver who really helped me, in terms of getting a really heavy mirror into the right position, so all that was left was the mounting itself. He also took the time to provide me with crucial advice when coming to fitting it.Fantastic company, friendly people and quality product.
