Nell's
A lovely & rather unusual place that I never even knew existed (I'd worked at the Fulham end of North End Road for 13 years & had never heard of it). Very friendly bar staff; after enquiring about bar snacks & being told they didn't sell any, the bar tender later brought me a cup of her own walnuts which was a nice & very human gesture.Soft Machine put on a great gig as usual and the lack of untaken seats in the room really wasn't a problem when most of us were on our feet! Looking forward to visiting Nell's again.

First visit to Nells to see Tubeway Days 79 Revisited. 350 capacity venue which was sold out.Excellent first impressions from the friendly and courteous door staff Dan & Mark. The bar had a good selection of drinks on draught including Aspells cider which I had. My partner had a Malbec red wine which she said was really good. The sound was reallyexcellent for a venue of this size loud enough and clear sound with a good mix. Slightly higher seated area and a standing area in front the stage.Tubeway Days were note perfect recreating Living Ornaments 79 in full in sequence. A great evening at a great venue which is part of and very similar to Dingwalls. We shall be back again!

Great venue, good acoustics, some decent seating areas overlooking the stage as well. Be mindful it is upstairs so if you struggle with stairs then it may be an issue. Doorstaff very amiable and friendly/helpful. BTW, the handrail set into the wall at the bottom of the stairs is dangerous, it's fixings have come loose from the wall and it's insecure.

Cute little venue, stage area and standing then sitting a little higher. Drinks very pricey on the night I went- £7for a pint cider, £6 for a single &mixer. Staff friendly

Dreadfull beer and overcharged Exactly £10 for three pints, seems a little odd so watch out, otherwise a great venue to watch bands.

Good place to watch rock groups close up to the stage. Only downside is that the drinks are expensive

Drinks were somewhat pricey but that’s to be expected in London. Nell’s provide a decent venue and the opportunity to see beloved bands such as (Thin Lizzy’s) Brian Downey’s Alive & Dangerous. You mightn’t otherwise get to see such acts so you can’t thank them enough for that. Perfect set up for a gigging venue.
