I got a puncture late morning in the pouring rain and they ordered a tyre and got it fitted and wheels aligned and ready for me to pick up the same day. Shout out to Richard who was brilliant, very helpful and kept me updated. excellent trustworthy garage

Used them twice recently. They did an MoT test at very short notice and were very proactive in making repairs and retesting within a short timescale. And today they fitted new tyres and carried out wheel alignment. Again they were proactive and helpful. The manager seems genuinely interested in doing the best for customers.

I recently had my air con regassed here (Groupon voucher), the team were really friendly, the reception area was clean and they did the job quickly. I would definitely use this garage again.

Had a MOT on the car and a repair with the coil spring. Very friendly service with helpful advice. The manager was very helpful to store the car safely overnight when I was unable to pick it up due to an unexpected long hospital appointment (I was able to pick it up the next morning), very considerate! Many thanks.

Come through black circles for 4 tyres, balanced the wheels incorrectly. When I called and asked for them to fix the issue, the bloke on the phone was quite rude in most of his responses but the one that stuck out to me was “how do you know that” (in response to me saying they were 10&15g out). They couldn’t fit me in till 2 weeks later, despite it being an issue on their part. Something to do with staff on leave.Fortunately another centre didn’t seem to have a problem at all in helping out and was very kind on the phone, no where near as rude, will be going there in the future instead of the Horfield branch.

Excellent from start to finish and very positive member of staff on reception. He was very welcoming and spoke really politely. I popped in to have my front two tyres replaced took about 20mins and it was all done super efficently.I will defo use this for all my future tyre/car neess.Thank you
