I contacted Paul @ PH ROOFING early December to solve a leak,he turned up promptly explained the work needed and quickly submitted a written quote, the quote was detailed and competitive with other companies,i chose PH ROOFING due to the fact Paul provided full references with his quote.All in all a good experience from a company that prides itself on good customer service,quality workmanship and honest advice.

We contacted PH Roofing Ltd as my mother had problems with a large area of flat roofing on a bungalow in Boldmere. The service we got was first class. The damaged area of the roof was photographed to prove what needed replacing and when we confirmed that we wanted to go ahead with the work we were provided with photographic evidence at every stage. The work under taken was of the highest standard. At all time the area was kept both safe and clean and there was no need to tidy up afterwards. The price was competitive and the quality of the work commendable. The roofer was most polite and respectful at all times and made this 86 year old woman feel that safe in the knowledge that this was a true professional, someone to be relied upon. PHRoofing is a first class business. The work has been carried out today very efficiently and professionally. From the initial response on Checkatrade, the estimate, the appointment made, the arrival and the work executed brilliantly. The whole process carried out smoothly has given me peace of mind.

Where do I start? The quote I guess. PH Roofing were the sixth company to quote us. Paul talked us through what needed doing, without a sales pitch. He was honest about the state of our large flat roof and that honesty could be seen in his work. He made our roof look like it cost a million pounds yet he charged us honestly and fairly.Paul turned up on time, worked hard and competently. He has a brilliant work ethic, a rarity these days sadly. He made us feel at ease and his roofing skills speak for themselves. He changed our main house facia and soffits, guttering after finishing our flat roof. It looks amazing.Would I recommend PH Roofing? Without a shadow of a doubt I would. Love this guy!Very professional, keeps you up-dated either by call or message all the way through. If you have questions he takes the time to answer them without making you feel silly for asking.But most of all he'll only do what needs doing, none of this adding extra repairs that don't need doing to the job.Will definitely be using again!

I contacted PH Roofing after a very disappointing experience with a different Roofing Contractor who repaired my roof a few months earlier but would not answer or return my calls when it soon started leaking again !I then called Paul, the Proprietor of PH roofing and he came out to view my property very quickly and arrived at the exact time that we agreed. Paul clearly explained the repair options available to me and provided a written quotation very promptly.Following my acceptance of the quotation the work was scheduled to begin within a week and Paul kept me informed at all times of what would happen and when. The Skip and scaffolding arrived right on time and I was most impressed with PH Roofings two 'Roofers' who arrived on time each day and worked really hard in very poor weather conditions until the job was completed. We got a leaking roof fixed by these guys last autumn and were very pleased with their service. The job was urgent and they came quickly and did a great job fixing it.

Paul came and fixed my 86 year old Nan's roof in terrible weather conditions. My Mom and Dad said that they couldn't have found anyone better. Not only did Paul do an excellent job for a reasonable price, he also worked quickly and cleanly and kept the family informed every step of the way. Paul and his team did a great work in a very short time. He removed two inactive chimney stacks and renewed the lead to the third one that was leaking inside the roof. Great communication, punctual and very approachable. He also removed a satellite dish I didn't need and dressed the lead back from another small part of the roof free of charge. Will definitely do business with him again in the future.
