Fantastic high street electrical shop!I took a handheld vacuum to be repaired after finding them on Google. They were so helpful and went out their way to sauce replacement parts to fix it, amazing as the vacuum had been discontinued!They repaired it and in quick time too.Great service, thank you.Long live the High Street!

As it turns out my hoover wasnt broken like i thought it was. NO CHARGE!!!! For all i know they could well had my pants foen but no....honesty from this company needs mentioning. So im mentioning it xx thqnku guys il be back when it really breaks....hopefulky not too soon tho lol xxx

My GHD’s broke so i came here to get them fixed. The customer service was excellent and my GHD’s came back better than brand new. I received a call saying that they had fixed my straighteners and, as I don’t live in Exeter, i had to have my GHD’s sent via post. They came first class only a couple days after the phone call and have worked brilliantly ever since. Very pleased and i would recommend to anyone.

Needed a replacement Dyson charger, quickly. After an initial phone call, took my old charger down. The gentleman checked they had the correct replacement and all good again now excellent.
