I guess the result is what counts and DHL has always come through for me, but I get the impression WH Smith doesn't really want to be involved. The process of organizing a shipment takes a long, long time and it's physically and socially uncomfortable. The only place you can pack your boxes is near the til where other customers are being served and you are made to feel like you are just a nuisance and shouldn't be there even though you are spending 100s of pounds and the others are buying newspapers and sweets. The employee who helped me tried to be nice and did seem to know her job but doing it was hard for her too. And SLOW!!! Why can't DHL find a place that works for the company and for its customers? Avoid if possible.

Expensive. Try DPD inside Majestic Wine. Much cheaper apparently?
