Never have anything ready. Always too busy chatting to eachother then to do the job. I have seen customers walk away because items are not ready. Poor customer service must be costing the business alot of profit each week. Its always the women the young lad who I have seen working there does his job well.

It's a standard Gregg's with staff who couldn't care less about your order, often getting food items mixed up. They aren't impolite, just very careless. The food is of decent quality and alright prices.

Could be more customer friendly.They have also tipped out part of a cappuccino to fit an extra shot in, shocking.The young guy is a brilliant worker, he seems to do most of the work.They could take some customer service skills from the Linthorpe Village Greggs. 5 Star!

Bought a meal deal corned beef pastie and hot drink was charged £3.40 instead of £2.80 was told that's what the till said. I pointed out no where on the deal board did it say that caramel latte was not included in deal was again replied that's what the till said. I won't be going there again
