I booked a Friday morning appointment on Thursday afternoon for an outside tap. It's great that you can choose the day and time up front with the online booking tool. Martin arrived within the 2hr time slot and fitted the tap quickly, we even got a free hose with it. Great service, would recommend.

Excellent service - would use again. From Quote to installation, they have been responsive and helpful. 4 radiators replaced; very tidy installation - protected the area around each install and tidied up after. Tested and balanced the system thoroughly before signing it off.

We used Peter for an oil boiler service, replacement filter and burner hoses. He provided an excellent service. He was on time, tidy and thorough. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again in the future

Peter was great! Friendly, polite and was extremely thorough when Servicing my oil fired boiler. Checked with me first, before replacing an old pipe. Told me the extra cost, to ensure I was happy to proceed with it. Although he cleared up after the job was completed, there was some debris/mess in my Cloakroom after he left. Only took me a few minutes to clean away. This being said, I would highly recommend Mason Plumbing & Heating and would never return to previous oil boiler engineers that have worked here. Top notch!

Service with a smile! Replaced a gravity fed system with a new Worcester 21i and Greenstore 180. Throughout the process Peter kept us informed and always provided impartial advice. Also fitted a Google Nest so we can fight over the ideal temperature from our phone! Highly recommend Mason Plumbing for your heating works as he’s competitively priced and is not pushy at all. Will be calling him back for future works!!

Mason Plumbing serviced our boiler. We had to cancel our first appointment, which was done without any fuss. When we were able to make a new appointment it was booked for 3 days later at a time I requested.Everything was done efficiently and in a friendly manner.We will definitely be using them again and I would happily recommend them to everyone.

Martin from Mason Pluming & Heating came to service the boiler they fitted a few years ago. I received a courtesy message to say he was on his way.Martin was very professional and friendly. He showed me how to set the boiler to eco so it runs more efficiently.I am very satisfied with Mason Pluming & Heating, they are always very professional.I highly recommend them.
