Kamila was simply VERY helpful and friendly. She made my visit / purchase very easy, and clearly explained the differences between the posting options I had. How wonderful to be greeted and treated in such a positive way.

I showed up looking a bit lost and was quickly advised what to do by an employer. I needed a counter-service: wait times weren’t too long and I was able to sort it quickly! Thank you :)

I came in needing to get a special delivery envelope and a postal order. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and helped me through each step; they made the whole process easy and fast. Would highly recommend the staff here to anyone, particularly Jay. Incredibly pleased with my experience here.

I visited the post office yesterday morning (14 Oct) and received such exceptional assistance and kindness from staff there that I felt I had to leave this review.The lady who was on duty in the self service posting area went above and beyond to assist me. She was dealing with other customers as well but was so welcoming and so helpful in sorting my problem out. A genuinely kind person who was also efficient at her job. The gentleman behind the counter too who helped me with Special Delivery was very patient.The staff here work really well together to provide fantastic customer service. Thank you again.

Even there are many people waiting, all staff provide very nice service with very friendly attitude. I spend about 20 minutes only at busy noon time. It’s so efficient and really surprised me.

I usually return items and Kamila or Jay are helping me. Always very nice and helpful with amazing attitude. Usually post office in the convenience stores are filled with nasty, unhelpful and rude people but here it's a way different experience. You deserve even more than 5 stars. This is my favourite post office! Everyone is super friendly and helpful - always! You never have to wait long and especially Kamila is very quick to help; always friendly with a big smile. I wish my local post office at home was like this!
