It's amazing and wonderful to have ACSL Solicitors in helping me to complete the entire process, and I am particularly grateful to have Josh to sort things out. Despite the difficulty we have met, I appreciate Josh's patience, understanding and profession to explain and offer advice in order to achieve success. I chose ACSL due to their 5 star reviews and after speaking to Joseph about the help I needed I was keen to get him involved. It now beats me how they constantly get 5 star reviews based on my experience. I Have left messages at their reception several times and emailed asking for Joseph to call me at his earliest convenience. Not much to ask i would have thought. I have been more than patient and whilst I appreciate he has other clients to deal with it would take a couple of minutes to give me a quick phone call or an email to keep me informed. Absolutely nothing from him. Not that professional in my opinion. I rarely give anyone a bad review but on this occasion i feel it's totally justified. Luckily I now have a new solicitor who has taken on my case. I should have done this before I went to ACSL. Very disappointed.

Very slow - need to send dozens of emails over months to get a response.Even an acknowledgement of receiving an email would be worthwhile. People shouldn't have to wait months for responses to emails.

Joe helped me with an issue with my employer, extremely professional, dealt with everything quickly, did my appointment over Zoom, and took away all of the problems. Joe is a really nice guy and a pleasure to deal with which always helps.Thank you for making something easy that could have been nightmare.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ACSL Solicitors for a legal matter, and I must say that their communication and response time were abysmal. I am utterly disappointed with the level of service provided by this firm.From the very beginning, I encountered difficulties in reaching out to them. Despite sending multiple emails, I received absolutely no response for weeks on end. It was incredibly frustrating as I was seeking legal advice and guidance, but the lack of communication left me in the dark and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.Moreover, when I did manage to get in touch with someone from the firm, the response time was shockingly slow. I understand that legal matters can be complex and time-consuming, but the delays were excessive and unacceptable. It felt as though my case was not a priority to them, and I was left waiting for extended periods without any updates or progress.The unresponsiveness and sluggishness of this solicitors' firm not only wasted my valuable time but also hindered the progress of my legal matter. I had to constantly chase them for updates, and even then, it felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously.As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and prompt communication from any service provider, especially when it involves legal matters. Unfortunately, ACSL failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard.I strongly advise anyone seeking legal assistance to consider other options before engaging with ACSL. Their poor communication and slow response time demonstrate a lack of dedication and commitment to their clients. There are numerous other solicitors' firms out there who can provide better service and ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.I sincerely hope that they take this feedback constructively and improve their communication and efficiency in the future.

Awful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Joseph was fast to give me a quote but after that did not respond to 1 single email. Neither did he respond to the other party’s solicitor, even after stating dead line was within the next 24hours. The woman on the phone said I would get a call back countless amount of times, but they never did. I even asked can he reply to a single email but I guess that was too hard aswell. Terribly run business.

They processed the sale of my late parents' house after Probate was granted. All went smoothly and they kept me informed at each stage.
